Saludos desde mi pueblo en Aragua, Venezuela y con ésta rica receta

Ingredientes para las bombas:



_ 1/2 kilo de harina de trigo leudante.
_ 250 mililitros de agua.
_20 gramos de levadura en polvo.
_2 cucharadas de margarina.
_100 gramos de azúcar.
_ 2 cucharadas de esencia de nata ó vainilla.
_ aceite para freír.

Preparación:



En un envase colocamos el agua los demás ingredientes y la harina a la vez que amasamos hasta integrar, limpiamos la superficie donde colocamos la masa, un poco de harina y seguimos amasando con energía, aquí tenemos un super rodillo que hizo mi esposo con la rama de un guayabo, bueno para el amasado y estirado de la masa, obtenemos una masa bien compacta y ya no de pega de las manos.

Cortamos en trozos tratando que queden del mismo tamaño, las boleo para que queden redonditas, engrasamos una bandeja, colocamos las bolitas y tapamos con una bolsa plástica aproximadamente una hora para que leven.

Para la crema:



_200 gramos de azúcar.
_50 gramos de maicena.
_2 huevos.
_200 gramos de harina de trigo.
_1/2 litro de agua.

For the cream:

Una olla con el agua a fuego bajo, cuando está tibia agregamos el azúcar y los huevos sin dejar de batir para que los huevos no se cuajen, incorporar la maicena, harina sin dejar de batir, la mezcla se espesa se va cocinando quedando cremosa y suave a la vez además es económica, dejamos enfriar y refrigeramos.

Miren como crecieron las bombas! Colocamos una sartén con suficiente aceite para freírlas por ambos lados, doraditas hacemos una ranura por la orilla, se espolvorean con azúcar y se rellenan con la crema ya fría ...¡lo siento no resistí!.
