Hola, nuevamente con ustedes deseando que estén bien y cómodos en ese lugarcito especial...
Aquí en Venezuela en tiendas donde venden todo para repostería se compran productos detallados, mezclas instantáneas que contienen azúcar, sabores y colores artificiales de diferentes sabores. En ésta ocasión tengo 200 gramos de mezcla para helado de ron con pasas. Me extrañó el color " rosa", pero el olor y sabor lo tiene. Esta cantidad para un litro de leche pero mi hija ya había pasado por la nevera y se tomó parte de ella jajaja.

Here in Venezuela in stores where they sell everything for confectionery, they buy detailed products, instant mixes that contain sugar, flavors and artificial colors of different flavors. This time I have 200 grams of rum raisin ice cream mix. I was surprised by the "pink" color, but the smell and taste has it. This amount for a liter of milk but my daughter had already passed through the fridge and took part of it hahaha.

Es muy fácil amigos (as) , todo va a licuadora, la leche debe estar tibia, 30 gramos de azúcar, 50 gramos de pasitas ( guardo algunas pasas ), 1/2 cucharadita de polvo estabilizante.

It's very easy friends, everything goes to a blender, the milk should be warm, 30 grams of sugar, 50 grams of raisins (I save some raisins), 1/2 teaspoon of stabilizing powder.

El estabilizante sirve para espesar la mezcla, agregando cremosidad, por eso la leche debe estar tibia activa éste producto, me encanta porque el helado queda como los que compras en los comercios. Licúo aproximadamente 5 minutos notas como espesa, coloco en envases individuales donde antes coloqué unas pasitas y llevo a refrigerar.

The stabilizer serves to thicken the mixture, adding creaminess, that is why the milk must be warm, this product must be activated, I love it because the ice cream is like the ones you buy in stores. I blend notes like thick for approximately 5 minutes, place in individual containers where I previously placed a few raisins and put them in the refrigerator.

Que rico y fácil. A veces compro de esa mezcla para hacerle helados a mis hijos pero no me quedan igual y ya se por que, me falta el polvo estabilizante, gracias por el dato.
