Es rendidor, fácil de preparar y que en muchas casas de Venezuela hay plantas ó trojas de parchita.

El jugo licuado y colado de 6 parchitas en 1/2 lt de agua.
100 gramos de maicena (fécula de maíz).
200 gramos de azúcar.
3/4 de litros de agua para la preparación.

Preparación:
En una olla colocamos el agua y el azúcar, la llevamos a fuego moderado, removemos para integrar, mientras hierve, tomo el jugo y le agregamos la maicena, batiendo bien para unir éstos ingredientes. Cuando el agua hierve le agregamos el jugo que ya tiene la maicena, mientras vamos revolviendo y revolviendo para que no se formen grumos, irá espesando , cuando la mezcla se pone un poco transparente ahí sabrás que está listo. Lo pasamos a otro envase, dejamos enfriar, refrigeramos.
