Good morning dear friends I hope you are well, today I prepared an esyilo chicken breast medallions with sautéed sage, radicchio and onion, I loved this recipe because I improvised and it was divine

Buenos dias queridos amigos espero esten bien, el dia de hoy prepare una pechuga de pollo esyilo medallones con salvia, radicchio y cebolla salteadas, me encanto esta receta porque improvise y me quedo divina

Ingredients:
1 chicken breast
5 sage leaves
¼ radicchio
1 onion
2 peppers
Black pepper
White pepper
Dressing
Oil
Salt

Ingredientes:
1 pechuga de pollo
5 hojas de salvia
¼ de radicchio
1 cebolla
2 ajies
Pimienta negra
Pimienta blanca
Adobo
Aceite
Sal

preparation:
Cut the onion and peppers into julienne strips, clean and wash the radicchio and sage leaves and cut into large pieces.

Preparación:
Cortamos la cebolla y los ajies en juliana limpiamos y lavamos el radicchio y las hojas de salvia y cortamos en pedazos grandes

Then in a hot pan add a little oil and add the onion and chili pepper, stir well until the onion is a bit transparent then add the radicchio and sage add a pinch of white pepper and salt to taste, cook for 3 minutes and remove from heat

Luego en una sarten caliente agregamos un poco de aceite y agregamos la cebolla y el ají, revolvemos bien hasta que la cebolla este un poco transparente despues le agregamos el radicchio y la salvia le agregamos una pizca de pimienta blanca y sal al gusto cocinamos por 3 minutos y retiramos del fuego

Then in a hot pan we add oil, and season our breast with a marinade, a black and white pepper, place it in the hot pan and brown on both sides, then remove from the heat and cut the breast into medallions and fry again for 3 more minutes on both sides

Despues en una sarten caliente agregamos aceite, y nuestra pechuga la sazonamos con un adobo, una pimienta negra y blanca la colocamos en la sartén caliente y doramos por ambos lados, luego retiramos del fuego y cortamos la pechuga en medallones y ponemos a freir nuevamente por 3 minutos mas por ambos lados
