Friends of hive, I am a person open to try different types of food, because I like the cuisine of various cultures so I wanted to prepare a Chinese rice, something different because it contains several types of proteins that will give a unique and rich flavor to share with the family.

Materiales para la preparación:

  • Arroz
  • Pollo
  • Carne
  • Cochino
  • Salsa de soya e inglesa
  • Camarones
  • Cebolla
  • Cebollin
  • Pimentón

Pasos a seguir:

Preparamos un tradicional arroz blanco preferiblemente con un día de anticipo, corta en pequeños cubos todas las proteínas que tengamos exceptuando los camarones, por otra parte picamos el pimentón, cebollin y cebolla en trozos pequeños.

In a preheated pan with a drizzle of oil, add and cook the proteins separately with a touch of Worcestershire sauce for 15 minutes.

Then in another pot, sauté the seasonings with soy sauce until they become translucent and place in a bowl.

En un bol, pasamos a incorporar con el arroz cada una de las preparaciones ya lista, movemos con una paleta agregando suficiente salsa de soya hasta que obtenga mejor gusto y los sabores se concentren.

In a bowl, incorporate the rice with each of the preparations already prepared, stir with a paddle, adding enough soy sauce until it tastes better and the flavors are concentrated.

Thank you very much

Hahaha... This Chinese rice looks very spicy and I like the steps you took in preparing it. It actually makes it to look very easy to be prepared and I can assure you that repeating the same process won't be a problem for me.

The only issue I have is how to find most of the ingredients

What a delicious looking dish. The recipe looks easy to prepare. I love rice and some seafood. To mix the chicken and shrimp is what I do when I prepare a gumbo. The carrots make the dish look so appealing and appetizing. Yes, it's always better to prepare the rice ahead of time.

Thanks for sharing your food photos and recipe.

Se ve deliciosa :)
