Modo de Preparación:
Iniciamos esta receta fileteando las pechugas después le echamos ajo triturado con un poco de sal al gusto seguidamente lo vamos a colocar en una sartén al fuego con un poquito de agua para su cocción, se debe cocinar primeramente fuego lento colocándole la tapa después de unos minutos dejaremos que se crían con su misma grasa natural después pelar y picar la yuca en trozos grandes seguidamente lo vamos a colocar a sancochar en un caldero al fuego con suficiente agua y sal al gusto, debemos esperar que se ablanden y al tener todo estos alimentos listo procedemos a servir nuestro platillo acompañándolos con una ensalada colorida de vegetales que nos quedo del dia anterior y hojas de perejil presentado así como les muestro en las diferentes collages de imágenes.
