Happy evening have all my beautiful loves of this community today I want to present a traditional recipe of my country, how is our creole pavilion with fried bananas, it is noteworthy that the ingredients of this dish such as white rice, meat and beans represent the Venezuelan cultural mix framed in different skin tones, such as European race, indigenous and African. This national dish is recognized in our country for its exquisite combination of flavors is also very complete and nutritious as we will find in it many vitamins and minerals, so be encouraged to prepare it at home.

Ingredients:
Caraotas, meat, onions, paprika, sweet chili, oregano, salt, sugar, color, oil, plantains, white rice, scallions, cube tomato.

Ingredientes:
Caraotas, carne, cebollas, pimentón, ají dulces, orégano, sal, azúcar, color, aceite, plátanos, arroz blanco, cebollín, cubito, tomate.

Preparation:
We wash and clean the beans, I like to soak them the day before, then I put them on the fire with enough water to soften them and chop the necessary seasonings for the meat and the beans, such as onion, paprika, tomato, sweet bell pepper, chives, in the case of the beans, fry them in a frying pan with a little oil and add salt to taste, oregano stir everything and wait for the seasonings to crystallize then add to the beans and add water and let them cook until they are cooked. I also add sugar because in my home my family likes it that way, then we add a pot and put the meat on the fire so that it cooks and softens a little, then we add the seasonings and oil, a cube, color, oregano, chives, let it sauté, add a little water and cover over low heat so that it cooks and forms a moderately thick sauce when we have these two ingredients of the pavilion, we proceed to serve it with white rice and fried plantains or slices, as shown in the pictures.
