Feliz tarde tengan todos mis amigos de HIVE llegando las 11 de la mañana me dispuse a planificar que les iba a preparar a mis amores de almuerzo y revisando la despensa vi unas latas de pescado y listo, se me ocurrió unas tortillitas acompañados con arroz y plátanos frito, un plato fácil y sencillo de hacer. Les motivo a prepararlo en sus hogares y deseando que les guste.
Happy afternoon to all my friends of HIVE arriving at 11 am I set out to plan what I was going to prepare for my lovers for lunch and checking the pantry I saw some cans of fish and ready, I thought of some tortillas accompanied by rice and bananas, a dish easy and simple to make. I encourage them to prepare it at home and hope they like it.
Ingredientes:
- Latas de pescado
- 3 huevos
- 1 1/2 de arroz
- plátano
- cebolla,tomate, aji dulce, ajo, cebollín
- color, adobo, pimiienta, orégano y cubito
- aceite.

Destapar las latas de pescado, la echamos en un plato y triturar los pescado hasta que quede pequeñito.

En un bol echar los huevos y batir hasta que quede homogéneo.

Pelamos y picamos en pequeños cuadritos cada uno de los aliños.

En una olla echamos un chorrito de aceite, ponemos al fuego, poner a sofreir los aliños, le agregamos el color, adobo, pimienta el cubito y una pizca de sal, las especies al gusto.

En esta oportunidad le agregamos el pescado triturado a la olla con los aliño sofrito y poner a guisar por 20 minutos.

Colocamos el guisado en un bol y lo unimos con los huevos previamente antes batidos.
