Today i want to share my recipe called Special Spicy Boiled Egg With Simple Ingridients for my family today, which recipe is very easy and simple to get and the results will be delicious and spicy.
The first step we have to prepare the ingredients to make a special dish Spicy Boiled Egg With Simple Ingredients, below are the ingredients and tools that must be prepared :
Ingredients
- Eggs
- Chili
- Shallots
- Salt
- Tomato
- Cooking oil
- Water
Tool :
- Cooking pot
- Stove
- Frying Pan
- Knife
After the ingredients and tools above have been prepared, then we will go to how to make this food menu :
First step we must prepare chili, shallots, tomatoes that have been washed thoroughly with water and add a little salt. Next, grind all the ingredients until smooth.
The picture above are chili, shallots, tomato and salt that have been mashed until smooth and all mixed together. In addition to being mashed manually, you can also use a mixer to make it simpler and faster to smooth all the ingredients.
After that, boil water in a saucepan and add some eggs that have been prepared. Wait about 20 minutes until the eggs are thoroughly cooked.
Then put the eggs from the pan and peel the eggshells and then drain them for a while on a plate.
After a while cut each egg into 2 parts as shown above. Next, prepare a frying pan and add a little cooking oil. Then put the eggs in the frying pan for 5 minutes.
After that, mix all the ingredients that have been mashed into a frying pan with eggs and stir-fry with eggs for a while. If it is cooked, remove the egg and drain it into a plate.
Taraaaa eggs are ready to be served and eaten. For your information in cooking this food menu, all ingredients can be arranged according to your taste or level of spiciness. This food is very simple to make and very suitable as a side dish for your family, to beautify the appearance of the dishes you can add garnishes.
