Today I will prepare some delicious empanadas stuffed with spinach, cheese and egg, I always prepare them because they are a delicious option to eat in the afternoons and my daughters like them a lot.

Hoy voy a preparar unas riquísimas empanadas rellenas de espinacas, queso y huevo, siempre las preparo porque son una deliciosa opción para comer por las tardes y a mis hijas les gustan mucho.

You will need to:

Necesitaras:

• 2 cups of wheat flour.
• 1/2 cup of water.
• 1 teaspoon of yeast.
• 2 cups of spinach leaves.
• Cheese.
• 3 boiled eggs.
• Butter.
• Salt and pepper.

• 2 tazas de harina de trigo.
• 1/2 taza de agua.
• 1 cucharadita de levadura.
• 2 tazas de hojas de espinaca.
• Queso.
• 3 huevos duros.
• Mantequilla.
• Sal y pimienta.

First we make the dough, adding in a container the wheat flour, water, yeast and a teaspoon of salt, knead well until the dough is formed, which we will divide according to the number of empanadas to make.

Primero hacemos la masa, agregando en un recipiente la harina de trigo, el agua, la levadura y una cucharadita de sal, amasamos bien hasta formar la masa, que dividiremos según la cantidad de empanadas a hacer.

Then, we wither the spinach leaves in a pan with butter, which we season with salt and pepper to enhance their flavor.

A continuación, marchitamos las hojas de espinaca en una sartén con mantequilla, que sazonamos con sal y pimienta para realzar su sabor.

Then we boil and chop the eggs and cheese into small pieces.

Luego hervimos y picamos los huevos y el queso en trozos pequeños.

We take a portion of dough and stretch with our hands.

Cogemos una porción de masa y la estiramos con las manos.

Next, we add a little spinach, cheese and eggs.

A continuación, añadimos un poco de espinaca, queso y huevos.

We close forming the empanada in the shape of a half moon and with a fork we mark the edges to prevent the filling from coming out.

Cerramos formando la empanada en forma de media luna y con un tenedor marcamos los bordes para evitar que se salga el relleno.

Finally, they are baked for 25 minutes at 200C.

Finalmente, se hornean durante 25 minutos a 200C.
