Buenos días a todos, algunos dicen que el arroz engorda, pero a nivel personal por lo que tengo entendido, es solamente si lo consumimos cuando el mismo esta caliente, por lo tanto cuando lo cocino, lo pas0 por el colador y lo dejo que se enfrié bien para de esa manera pode consumirlo, bueno dicha comida esta preparada de esa forma, con el arroz frio, tal cual se puede ver en la foto, como es que quedo ya lista para consumirla.
