Hi food lovers, I found out that one of the restaurants that I love to visit when I go to the center of my beloved city Caracas is closing its doors, this is the Bistro Libertador. I am not very clear about the reason for its closing, but already several restaurants and restaurants have closed because the pandemic has affected them.
The Bistro Libertador is located on the corner of gradillas in Plaza Bolivar, right across from the Casa del Vinculo of the Liberator of America Simon Bolivar, who liberated 6 countries from the Spanish crown; Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Bolivia, Panama which at that time was part of Colombia and of course his native country, Venezuela. It is named in honor of the liberator.

But let's go back to the gastronomy of the Bistro del Libertador, this picture was from the last visit we made on any given day to do some shopping in the center of the city, this had a little more than 8 years there giving its flavor to local diners, visitors and tourists. Since it is right in the most emblematic area of the city full of History.
This restaurant had a very varied menu, for all the tastes, pockets and moments, from promotions of pizzas and hamburgers 2x1 like the photo for those that go of step and want to eat and to continue visiting museums or doing their to compare quickly or p to plates but elaborated like rizosos or some specialty of the day.

Its vintage decoration was part of its attractiveness, such as recycled furniture and very well restored with that special touch together with the black and white mosaic floor, with its beautiful panoramic view to the Plaza Bolivar of Caracas.
Undoubtedly it will be a place that many will miss for its variety, its excellent prices, variety, along with that beautiful atmosphere and accompanied by a good quality service. So today I made this tribute to them because the good things are worth remembering.
Bistro del Libertador | Otro Restauran que cierra sus puertas en pandemia 😔🍽
Hola amantes de la gastronomía, me entere que uno de los restaurantes que me encanta visitar cuando voy al centro de mi amada cuidad Caracas esta cerrando sus puertas, este es el Bistro Libertador. No tengo muy claro el motivo de su cierre, pero ya varios locales y restaurantes han cerrado pues la pandemia les ha afectado.
El Bistro Libertador esta ubicado en la esquina de gradillas en la Plaza Bolivar, justo al frente de la Casa del Vinculo del Libertador de América Simon Bolivar, quien libero 6 países de la corona Española; Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Bolivia, Panama que en ese entonces era parte de Colombia y por supuesto su país natal, Venezuela. Lleva su nombre en honor al libertador.

Pero regresemos a la gastronomía el Bistro del Libertador, estas fotografía fue de las ultima visita que hicimos en un día cualquiera para hacer algunas comprar en el centro de la ciudad, este tenia un poco mas de 8 años allí dando su sabor a los comensales locales , visitantes y turista. Ya que esta justo en la zona mas emblemática de la ciudad lleno de Historia.
Este restauran tenía un menú muy variado,para todos los gustos bolsillos y momentos, desde promociones de pizzas y hamburguesas 2x1 como las de la foto, para los que van de paso y quieren comer y seguir visitando museos o haciendo sus compras rápidamente, hasta platos mas elaborados como rizoso o alguna especialidad del día.

Su decoración Vintage era parte de su atractivo, como mobiliario reciclado y muy bien restaurado con ese toque especial junto al piso de mosaicos blanco y negro , con su hermosa vista panorámica hacia la Plaza Bolivar de Caracas
Sin duda alguna será un lugar que muchos extrañaremos por su variedad sus excelentes precios, variedad, junto a ese ambiente hermoso y acompañado de un buen servicios de gran calidad. Por lo que hoy les hice este homenaje ya que lo bueno vale la pena recordarlo.
