FOODlog #703: Thai Green Curry

During the recent school holidays, me and some friends went to watch the new Dr. Strange movie at a mall nearby where I live. It was a 3pm movie and finished around 5pm+ where we then headed for dinner.

We planned to eat at The Chicken Rice Shop but it was packed so we headed to the next shop which was Black Canyon. They serve Thai cuisine dishes and also western food.

I ordered their Thai green curry which came with a plate of white rice. The portion was generous as you can see, being served in a large bowl. The gravy was creamy, not too spicy which I like because you could really enjoy the curry. The curry has brinjal, chicken pieces, and also lots of basil which was aromatic and permeated the curry.

It was really delicious and I drank the curry like a soup down to the last drop. Can't get enough of Thai green curry.

It was also an interesting experience being my first time served food by a robot. They didn't have it before the pandemic and lockdowns so this is something they've implemented recently. A new an interesting experience with delicious Thai food.
