Hola querida comunidad de amantes a la comida 😊 , hoy les traigo esta rica receta de tarta de manzana, la masa de la tarta se puede hacer con diferentes rellenos, tanto dulces como salados, a mi me gusta hacer la masa un poco dulce ya que queda mejor combinado con los rellenos dulces, ademas de que mis rellenos no son tan dulces, y asi se consigue un equilibrio, lo mas rico esta en como se condimenta el relleno, y aqui les mostrare mi receta propia de pie de manzana espero que les guste y se animen a probarla! 🥧

INGREDIENTES

RELLENO:

8 MANZANAS MEDIANAS
1 1/2 TAZA DE AGUA
1 TAZA DE AZUCAR
1 CUCHARADA DE CANELA EN POLVO
3 ESTRELLAS DE ANIS
1/2 CUCHARADA DE CLAVOS DULCES Y CANELA

MASA:

1 1/2 HARINA DE TRIGO
1 1/4 MANTECA O MANTEQUILLA FRIA
3 CUCHARADAS DE AGUA
2 HUEVOS
1/2 SAL
2 CUCHARADAS DE AZUCAR


INGREDIENTS

FILLING:

8 MEDIUM APPLES
1 1/2 CUP OF WATER
1 CUP OF SUGAR
1 Tbsp.POWDERED CINNAMON
3 STAR ANISE
1/2 SPOON OF SWEET NAILS AND CINNAMON

MASS:

1 1/2 WHEAT FLOUR
1 1/4 COLD BUTTER OR BUTTER
3 SPOONS OF WATER
2 EGGS
1/2 SALT
2 SPOONS OF SUGAR



Primero hare la masa, ya que debe ser refrigerada por al menos una hora. pondré todos los ingredientes en un bol y los mezclare con una paleta con suavidad, pero haciéndolo rápido para evitar que la mantequilla se derrita, una vez mezclado lo pondré en la mesa y lo estirare, lo envuelvo en fil y lo pondré en el congelador por una hora aproximadamente, si la masa quedo un poco pegajosa le podemos agregar un poco mas de harina.

Ahora hare el relleno, lavo bien las manzanas y las pelo, las pico en cuadros y les quitare muy bien las semillas y las partes duras, luego pondre el agua, azucar y las especias, y lo pondre al fuego medio, lo dejare cocinar hasta que el azucar se vuelva caramelo, una vez hecho lo aparto del fuego y lo pongo en otro recipiente para que se enfrie mas rapido.

Una vez pasada la hora de la masa, la sacare de la nevera y la estirare para que quede una masa fina, asi no crecera, la picare en circulos con un molde y lo pondre en un molde antiaderente, le retiro los sobrantes y lo cocinare por 10 minutos en fuego medio una vez listo lo sacare y agrego la manzana, intento poner las manzanas sin el caramelo, ya que el caramelo se quemaria en el horno, luego estiro masa y la pico en lineas, y pondre de 3 a 4 lineas en vertical y horizontal y lo pondre al horno por otros 10 minutos.

Cuando esten dorados por arriba, los sacare del horno y los dejare reposar por 15 minutos, luego puedo agregar azucar glass para decorar, se pueden comer calientes o frios! y esta receta alcanza para al menos 12 mini tartas.

When they are golden on the top, I will take them out of the oven and let them rest for 15 minutes, then I can add icing sugar to decorate, they can be eaten hot or cold! and this recipe is enough for at least 12 mini cakes.
