Los ingredientes que utilice fueron;
*1 cebolla
*Condimentos: adobo,cubito,orégano,pimienta y onoto!
*4 dientes de ajo!
*4 bistec
*1,1/2 taza de arroz
*Aceite
*1 cda de azucar
*Sal
The ingredients I used were;
*1 onion
- Condiments: marinade, cube, oregano, pepper and onoto!
*4 cloves of garlic!
*4 steak
*1,1/2 cup of rice
*Oil
*1 tbsp sugar
*Salt
Preparación;
Lo primero que hacemos es lavar nuestros alimentos muy bien!
Tomamos nuestra cebolla, la pelamos y la picamos en rodajas.

The first thing we do is wash our food very well!
We take our onion, peel it and chop it into slices.
En un pisador de ajo agregamos orégano nuestro ajo y pisamos hasta que se haga una pasta.
In a garlic press, add oregano and our garlic and press until a paste is made.
Tomamos nuestros bistec y lo pisamos con una piedra para ablandar las hebras de la carne y que así se afloje más rápido.
We take our steaks and step on them with a stone to soften the strands of meat and thus loosen it faster.
A esa carne le agregamos la pasta que realizamos con el ajo y el orégano! Renovemos hasta que esté todo bien integrado.

Luego en un sartén agregamos aceite, 1 cucharada de azúcar y la movemos hasta que se haga un color dorado.

Agregamos nuestra cebolla, movemos y luego incorporamos nuestro bistec!

Comenzamos agregar nuestras especies como onoto, cubito, adobo y pimienta!

Movemos todas las especies muy bien y agregamos taza y media de agua! Tapamos y dejamos que seque hasta que se haga una rica salsa.

Para el arroz blanco:
Agregue 3 tazas de agua, deje hervir y coloqué una cucharada de agua seguido de 1 taza y media de arroz! Dejé que secara a fuego medio y apague!
For the white rice:
Add 3 cups of water, bring to a boil and add a tablespoon of water followed by 1 and a half cups of rice! I let it dry over medium heat and turn off!
