BALADO PINDANG FISH
Hello foodies lovers!
How was your weekend?
Today I will share another recipe with you. I will share the recipe for Balado Pindang Fish. Previously, I had cooked pindang fish with green chilies. Pindang fish or Cue Fish is fish that has been steamed. It is widely sold at the vegetable seller. And this is the fish I cook most often, because my brother likes this. Are you guys ready to know the recipe? Alright, let's get started!
- Pindang fish
- Red chilli (Acording to your taste)
- Tomato
- Salt
- Sugar
- Powdered broth
- Cooking oil
- Shallot
- Garlic
- Wash and clean your fish, fry it until the skin is dry
- Boil the chili, onion and garlic then finely mash
- Cut the tomatoes into small pieces
Heat a little oil then sauté the ground spices, then add the tomatoes
Add a little water and all the spices and mix well
- Add the fish and stir gently so that the spices are evenly distributed
- Once cooked, serve on a plate
That was the recipe for Balado Pindang Fish. How easy it is to make, right? I hope you like the recipe I share. I don't know if your country has pindang fish, but you can replace it with other fish such as mackerel and then steam it first before frying and making Balado.
I really hope you guys like the recipe I share and try it at home. It's a kind of pride for me if someone likes my recipe. Please look forward to other recipes that I will share. Thank you for reading my blog and see you in my next post!
Have a great weekend everyone!
