Today I have a menu recipe that is really delicious and easy to make. Before that, I want to tell you first, if this is one of my favorite foods. I really like dishes that contain black pepper. The recipe that I will share this time is Chicken karage with black pepper sauce. Maybe some people already know how to make it, but I want to share a recipe for those of you who don't know. I really recommended this food to you guys.
CHICKEN KARAGE WITH BLACK PEPPER SAUCE
The Ingredients:
- Chicken
- Black pepper
- Cooking oil
- Wheat flour
- Salt
- Flavoring
- Garlic
- Soy sauce
- Cornstarch
CHICKEN KARAGE
Steps:
Cut the chicken into cubes but not too
small.Separate the flour that has been mixed
with salt and flavorings into two
bowls. One mix with water, make a dough
but not too liquid and not solid.
Heat the cooking oil.
Roll the chicken into the flour then
put it in the dough then roll it into
the flour again. After that, put it
in the oil that has been heated in the
frying pan.Fry over low heat so that the chicken
is cooked.
Flip the chicken occasionally so it
doesn't burn.Remove when cooked, and then put into the plate.
BLACK PEPPER SAUCE
Steps:
Heat the margarine in a frying pan.
Add the crushed garlic
Then Add the black pepper
Stir then add water, not too much
Add salt, sweet soy sauce and
flavorings to tasteAdd a little bit cornstarch that has
been mixed with two tablespoons of
water, then stir well.Turn off the heat then pour the sauce
over the chicken karage.
