I want to introduce a typical Indonesian snack called Bakwan Jagung. This snack is quite popular among the people of Indonesia because of its delicious and also this Bakwan Jagung is very crunchy. This is also one of my favorite snacks. Bakwan Jagung is not only suitable as a snack, but also delicious as a side dish. How to make it very easy and does not require too many ingredients. Cooking also doesn't take too much time. I want to share the recipe and how to make it. So, you can try it at home.
BAKWAN JAGUNG
The Ingredients
1 sweet corn
Cooking Oil
300 grams of Wheat flour ( adjusted to the dough )
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/5 teaspoon powdered broth
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
2 cloves of garlic
3 cloves of shallot
Step by step
Step 1
Shaved the sweet corn then put in a bowl
Step 2
Peel the shallots and garlic then mash it.
Mix with salt, ground pepper and powdered broth that has been provided.
Step 3
Put the flour and spices that have been mashed into the bowl filled with corn.
Step 3
Add enough water then mix well until the dough is smooth
Step 4
Heat the oil, then fry the dough of Bakwan Jagung.
Step 5
Served on a plate
Spicy tomato sauce
The Ingredients
Chillies
1 Tomato
2 cloves of garlic
2 cloves of shallot
1 Shrimp paste
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of Powdered broth
1/4 teaspoon of Sugar
Step by step
Step 1
Fry all ingredients except salt, sugar and powder broth.
Step 2
Remove and mash all ingredients together including salt, powdered broth and sugar.
After that, serve it in a small bowl. Finished, ready to eat with bakwan Jagung.
