Hello dear friends of @Hive and @foodiesbeehive, today I want to show you the easiest and fastest way to prepare a Gordon Blue chicken. Gordon Blue is a chicken milanese marinated with salt and pepper stuffed with yellow cheese and ham, passed through an egg and wheat flour, fried (in oil).

250 gramos de jamón de pierna
4 dientes de ajo
1 taza de harina de trigo
1 huevo

Ingredients:
4 marinated chicken schnitzels
250 grams of yellow gouda cheese
250 grams of leg ham
4 cloves of garlic
1 cup of wheat flour
1 egg
Oil
Salt
Pepper
Wooden chopsticks.
We take our chicken milanesas and season them with salt and pepper to taste.
Then we add the 4 grated garlic cloves and let the leftovers mix for a few minutes.
We take our milanesas, we chop strips of yellow gouda cheese and we put them on top.
We also put the slices of leg ham on top of the milanesa and the cheese slices.
We make a roll, taking care that the filling does not come out and we can manipulate it, for this we secure them with wooden toothpicks.
We take the cup of wheat flour and place it on a plate and add salt and pepper to it.

We take the egg and beat it a little
We take the Gordon Blue and dunk them completely in the beaten egg.
Then we cover it completely in the wheat flour.
We take a deep frying pan and pour enough oil and mount on the stove, when it is very hot we add our Gordon Blues and cook them until they are golden brown.
Then we serve them on a plate, this time I accompanied it with a tasty Mashed Potatoes and slices of ripe banana, it was divine.
