Hola mis panitas esperando que hoy se encuentren bien y como siempre quiero compartir con ustedes la preparación de una deliciosa receta de un pollo guisado con en salsa de cebolla y tómate acompañado con arroz, ensalada colorida y aguacate así que no se lo pierdan u acompañarme a degustar de este rico almuerzo saludable y nutritivo.

Filetear las pechugas después lavar/ picar los vegetales como tómate y cebolla en rodajas también triturar los ajos y todo esto lo ponemos en un caldero al fuego con un poco de aceite luego le agregamos sal, orégano y sal al gusto y dejar en cocción hasta su reducción y obtener una salsa con los vegetales por otro lado, para el arroz poner un caldero al fuego con un poco de aceite luego le agregamos el arroz seguidamente el agua con sal al gusto y dejar en cocción hasta que se cocine, al estar todo listo debemos servir nuestro plato acompañado de ensalada rusa que nos había quedado sobrando y aguacate, quedando de tal manera como les muestro en las fotografías.
