Maravillosa noche tengan todos mis panitas una vez más paseándome por está respetada y creativa comunidad dónde día a día los diferentes usuarios que hacen vida en la misma nos sorprende con sus variedad gastronómica, el día de hoy quiero compartir con todos ustedes un pollo a la naranja acompañado con arroz blanco y plátanos fritos, así que acompañe para que logren conocer el paso a paso de lo que fue mi almuerzo.

Preparación:
Picar el pollo en diferentes piezas después pelar y picar los aliños como cebolla y pimentón en julianas también el cebollín en rodajas seguidamente todos estos ingredientes lo vamos a colocar en un caldero al fuego con un poquito de aceite para sofreír seguidamente le vamos a agregar sal al gusto, orégano y un poquito de color para continuar debemos revolver además procedemos a pelar y picar en rodajas la naranja y se lo incorporamos al pollo para su cocción debemos seguir cocinando hasta que los alumnos se cristalicen al igual que la naranja y de esta manera vamos a tener un delicioso guisada por otro lado vamos a pelar y picar los plátanos grandes tajadas para después poner a freír en una sartén precalentada con suficiente aceite dónde vamos a voltear/ retirar del fuego cuando ya estén cocidas y doraditas al tener todo listo procedemos a servir nuestro plato acompañándolo con un tradicional arroz blanco, presentado así como les muestro en las diferentes fotografías.
