Preparación:
Primeramente debemos colocar las piezas de muslos en un bol seguidamente aderezamos con un poco de aceite, orégano, sal y ajo que previamente fue triturado y lo dejamos macerando para que vaya concentrándose en sabor después lo vamos a introducir al horno precalentado pero eso sí debemos colocarlo con una tapa o nos podríamos ayudar con papel aluminio para que se cocinen mejor y después la retiramos para que comience su proceso de doración y se pongan doraditos por otro lado vamos a pelar y picar las verduras en este caso ocumo chino y yuca picadas en trozos medianos luego vamos a colocarlo en un caldero con agua y sal al gusto en el fuego deja hervir hasta que se ablanden luego debemos colar para luego servir nuestro plato acompañando en esta ocasión con una ensalada cruda de repollo, zanahoria, pepino y adornadas con Juliana de aguacate y un toque de mayonesa nuestro muslo con su toque especial de salsa de tomate, quedando de tal manera como les muestro en las fotografías.
