Primeramente debemos lavar con un poco de agua con vinagre las lechugas, tomate seguidamente secarlas luego picar los tomates en rodajas también la cebolla y la mortadela al tener todo estos ingredientes listo procedemos armar nuestro bocadillo primeramente colocamos el pan árabe le agregamos encima las lechugas, las rodajas de mortadela, cebolla y tomate después procedemos a enrollar íbamos a fijar con ayuda de unos palillos y para decorar le vamos a colocar una rodaja de tomate y listones de pimentón rojo, quedando así como les muestro en las fotos.
