Hola amigos, hoy les estare hablando de este delicioso jugo de mora y el cual prepare con muchas ganas ya que es uno de mis favoritos y nos brinda buenas propiedades para nuestro organismo.
Debemos lavar muy bien las moras antes de pasarlas por la licuadora, se le agrega un toque de agua, leche y azucar para que todo se compacte.
La azucar se le agrega despues si quieren ya que la mora contiene muchas pepitas y se debe pasar por un colador para desecharlas.
It is a juice that is not usually common in my state since our climate is not suitable for growing these fruits, but with effort it is grown in some places or it is imported from another place.
Milk may be our preference, the most common is cow's milk and it is because they abound in large quantities in the plain.

Es un jugo que no suele ser común en mi estado ya que nuestro clima no es apto para cultivar estas frutas pero con esfuerzo se cultiva en algunos sitios o se importa de otro lugar.
La leche puede ser de nuestra preferencia la mas comun es la de vaca y es porque en el llano abundan en grandes cantidades.
Mi consejo es que debemos beber mas jugos naturales asi nuestro organismo estara mas sano.
