5 Empanadas || Five Empanadas

Buenas amigos, el día de hoy les traigo la cena de mi esposo jajaja si 5 empanadas se come de lo riquísimas que quedan... las empanadas se hacen al ojo porciento que diría mi abuela, para esto utilice:

Harina de maíz
Sal
Azúcar
Agua
Para el relleno utilice queso y aceite para freír...

Good friends, today I bring you dinner from my husband hahaha if 5 empanadas are eaten from the very delicious that remain ... the empanadas are made to the eye percent that my grandmother would say, for this use:

Corn flour
Go out
Sugar
Water
For the filling use cheese and oil for frying...

Primeramente en una taza ponemos harina, (yo hice medio paquete ya que somos 4 en casa y quedo masa para el desayuno) y media cucharada de sal y azúcar...

First in a cup we put flour, (I made half a package since there are 4 of us at home and there is dough left for breakfast) and half a spoonful of salt and sugar...

Seguidamente hidratamos la harina con agua...

Then we hydrate the flour with water...

Y la amasamos hasta que quede con consistencia (a mi me gusta que no quede muy aguada para que no se desarmen las empanadas)...

And we knead it until it is consistent (I like it not to be too watery so that the empanadas don't fall apart)...

Sobre una bolsa plástica ponemos una bolita de masa...

On a plastic bag we put a ball of dough...

Que luego con la yema de los dedos aplastaremos y pondremos adentro el relleno. En este caso las hice de queso, pero pueden ser de carne molida, cazón, jamón y queso, caraotas con queso e infinidad de rellenos... haz el que más te guste...

Then with the fingertips we will crush and put inside the filling. In this case I made them of cheese, but they can be of milled meat, dogfish, ham and cheese, caraotas with cheese and infinity of fillings... make the one that you like more...

Seguidamente unimos las puntas haciendo la forma de una media luna...

Then we join the ends making the shape of a half moon...

Y la llevamos a freír en un sartén con abundante aceite...

And we take it to fry in a frying pan with abundant oil...

Al estar bien doradas le damos la vuelta y esperamos que se frían de forma pareja...

When they are well gilded we turn them over and wait for them to fry evenly...

Y al estar listas la puedes acompañar con una deliciosa salsa... Buen provecho... si la puedes acompañar con Malta les encantará.

And when they are ready you can accompany them with a delicious sauce... Enjoy... if you can accompany it with Malta you will love it.
