For me, the kitchen is a playful place, where we can play with the ingredients we have on hand, have fun and achieve excellent results. For Valentine's Day, I think it would be a good idea to prepare some hamburgers. We didn't have lettuce at home but we did have cabbage and I love it because its crunchiness gives the burger more texture. I also played a little more with another ingredient, you'll see!

Burgers have a thousand ways to prepare, everything will depend on the criteria of whoever makes them. In this recipe that you present, I was very struck by the fact that you have previously fried and caramelized the onion before incorporating it into the meat, I had not thought of making it like that, since I usually grate it and when it is raw I mix it with the meat , but I will try this way. Do you know what I add to it? Minced cilantro, it gives it a super tasty touch. I really liked this recipe, since it is cleanly executed, good quantities, excellent step by step, well explained and with sharp photos, just as any recipe should be, thus ensuring that anyone who reads it can make it later. Good work. A great greeting.
