Esta receta que les comparto hoy, ademas de ser la primera vez que la hago, es una manera diferente de preparar este tipo de pescado, pero les confieso que es bien deliciosa, se trata de una ensalada de catalana con vegetales mixtos y aderezo. Es super rápida y fácil de realizar, ideal para acompañar el almuerzo, incluso ya forma parte de mi lista de recetas especiales para compartir en celebraciones con familiares y amigos

Para comenzar con la receta que les comparto hoy lo primero que tenemos que hacer es colocar en una olla con agua a sancochar el pescado, esto tarda muy pocos minutos. eso si sin olvidar las medidas de higiene al manipular los alimentos

Después que el pescado este cocido lo dejamos reposar y luego lo desmenuzamos, retirando muy bien las espinas, aunque con este pescado es muy fácil de realizar este proceso

Cortamos en cubos pequeños el pimentón rojo, la cebolla y el ají, seguidamente lo añadimos junto con el pescado

Amiga eso se ve mega delicioso!! Me han dicho que la catalana así en ensalada tiene sabor a langosta!
Súper genial tener otras opciones para comerla. Es uno de los pocos pescados que disfruto comer y está manera debo probarla. Aparte el aderezo debe quedar muy rico.
