Hello all. How are you all? I hope all of you are doing well. This time I want to share something. Yesterday I made a food, namely Chocolate Ice Cream with Dates and Wafers, Added with Dates, Wafers, and Condensed Milk. Are you guys curious?
This is the ice cream powder sachet that I bought. The taste is chocolate. The net weight is 90 grams. The brand is Haan. The price is IDR 11,000.
Use about 200 ml of cold water. I used sugar, chopped wafers, seeded dates (some chopped and some not). Some of the chopped wafers are for the ice cream filling and some are for the ice cream addition. The chopped dates are for filling, while the unchopped dates are for the addition. I also use condensed milk for addition.
Place the ice cream powder, sugar, and cold water in the container. Mix using a mixer.
That is what has been mixed using a mixer.
Transfer to another container. Fill it with chopped dates and some chopped wafers.
I closed the container, then I put the container and its contents into the refrigerator.
Some of the finished ice cream is put on a plate, then added with unchopped dates, some chopped wafers, and condensed milk. The food is ready.
The taste is very good. I like. Very sweet.
