Hello all. How are you all? Hope everything will be fine. This time I want to share my cooking. I make sweet food: strawberry-flavored ice cream eaten with strawberry-flavored Nutrijell, sweetened condensed milk, and wafer. How to make?
First I cooked the Nutrijell. Nutrijell is Jelly Powder in sachet form. Nutrijell is popular in Indonesia. The Nutrijell I cook is strawberry flavored. The net weight of the sachet is 10 grams.
The ingredients for cooking the Nutrijell apart from the sachet itself are:
- 2 glasses of water
- Sugar
Put all the ingredients in a pan, cook on the stove. Don't forget to stir it up. Bring it to a boil.
When it's boiling, turn off the stove, let stand a few moments. Then pour into a container, let stand a few moments, then put it in the refrigerator.
The ice cream is powdered strawberry flavored ice cream. The brand is Haan. The net weight is 85 grams.
Make it using a mixer.
Mix ice cream powder, about 300 ml cool water, and sugar in a bowl. Mix with the mixer for a few moments.
Pour into the container, put it in the refrigerator.
That is sweetened condensed milk and wafer (👆👆). The price of sweetened condensed milk is IDR 1,500 and the price of the wafer is only IDR 500
The finished Nutrijell is cut into pieces with a knife.
Put part of the finished ice cream on a plate, don't forget to add some of the cut Nutrijell, part of the contents of sweetened condensed milk (sachet), and part of the wafer.
How does the food taste? The taste is good, very sweet.
