I made Delicious Chicken meet curry recipe

There are two chickens here. The chicken is very tasty. Especially the thin soup of chicken meat is great to eat with white rice. Today I cooked this delicious chicken at home at noon.

Ingredients:

  • 2 chickens.
  • 6 potatoes.
  • 4 onions.
  • 5 garlic cloves.
  • 1 pitch ginger.
  • 1 pitch bay leaf.
  • Dried chilli.
  • Cumin, pepper, cloves, cinnamon.
  • 4 tablespoons turmeric powder.
  • 5 tablespoons salt.
  • Mustard oil.

Methods:

Step 01:
First, remove the fur of the two chickens and wash them well with water. After washing with water, shake the two chickens on a little fire so that the hair follicles die.

Step 02:
After shaking in the fire, I cut the two chickens, peach them, wash them again with water and put them in a pot.

Step 03:
I peel 4 onions. After peeling, I cut it and put it in a container.

Step 04:
I peel the garlic.

Step 05:
Once the ginger is peeled, put a few pieces of ginger in a pot with garlic and onion.

Step 06:
I peel 6 potatoes and cut them.

Step 07:
Heat bay leaves, dried chillies, cinnamon, cumin, pepper and cloves in a pan.

Step 08:
Put onion, garlic, ginger in a mixer and paste.

Step 09:
I put the heated spices in a mixer and paste.

Step 10:
I fry the cut potatoes in a pan like light red.

Step 11:
Pour the chopped meat into the pan and top with salt, turmeric, mustard oil and all the spices.

Step 12:
Mix all the spices with the meat and stir for a while to make the meat well tanned. The meat should be stirred occasionally until it is well tanned, otherwise the spices will stick to the pan.

Step 13:
When the meat is tanned, add the fried potatoes. Then I mix the potatoes with the meat. When it is mixed with the meat, we pour enough water in it. Leave the meat covered for 15 minutes to cook well. After 15 minutes, when it is cooked, I turn off the stove. After cooking the meat, a nice color comes out in the meat broth, water can no longer be stuck in the tongue.

Step 14:
After the last, meat is cooked I prepare the meat to serve.
