Im too busy this past few days, so I dont have the time to post and flex this thing that I made a day before Mothers day celebrated. I've made a "Chocolate Cupcake". This serves as my gift to the mothers I know (my ate ninang and Nanay) since my own mother is now in heaven. So lets now start because we are all set.
INGREDIENTS:
- 4 pcs.eggs
- 3 cups all purpose flour
- 1 tbsp.baking powder
- 1 tsp.instant coffee
- 1 tsp.vanilla
- 3/4 cup oil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 cup hot water
- 1 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
PROCEDURE:
1.In a big bowl combined all the dry ingredients. (Cocoa powder,all purpose flour,baking powder,baking soda,salt,sugar and instant coffee) and mixed thoroughly.
2.Put all the wet ingredients. (Eggs, evaporated milk,oil,hot water and vanilla). After that, mixed it again until the mixture became smooth.
3.Once the consistency of the mixture was or just like in the photo below, then its now ready to cooked.
4.Put it in a cupcake molder greased by oil or butter and steamed it for 45 minutes to 1hr or until you saw the toothpick comes out clean when you dip it into the cupcake.
5.If its already cooked removed it from the cupcake molder and its now ready to SERVED.
Thats it. My cup cake homemade is now ready to be taste by my so called mothers. And thanks God they both like it. Its not as expensive as others chocolate and flower but its special since I've made it by myself.And they much appreciate it as I give it to them while saying Happy Mothers Day.
To tell you what Im almost cried that moment, because I remember my real mother. I didnt got the chance to do like this to her. If shes only still alive I will also do this to her. Anyway its not gift was the the important thing. Its the love we are showing to them. That we cared them most. Thats it. The taste was good its not over sweet, its moist the ganache was so yummy. All in all its really tasty.
