Today was Friday afternoon dessert, this week I have avoided giving industrialized sweets to Mathias because after the fever he had a strong skin rash and we decided to remove all kinds of commercial sweets, and the poor thing had been asking me for ice cream for days, and not to continue refusing I decided to prepare a rich chocolate mousse, which has a similar texture but without the characteristic coldness of ice cream, so I decided to trick him a little, and still share with my parents a sweet and pleasant time in the afternoon snack.



Mousses are a delicious dessert, its texture and flavor are really crazy, and although they are not the most healthy that we can have as a dessert, I think it is good from time to time to give us this delicious taste, after the passion fruit mousse, chocolate mousse is my second favorite, and who does not like chocolate, and if we mix it with whipped cream is really a fluffy bomb of flavor that both adults and kids alike. It is also a dessert that can be made with few ingredients and in a very short time, so it can always get us out of a hurry, and this type of preparation can also be used to fill cakes and pastries, giving it an extra use that will surely score us many points with our guests.



A quick, easy and economical preparation, believe it or not, that's how this chocolate mousse is, if you want to know how to prepare it, join me and I'll show you.

Ingredients

400 ml milk cream
200 gr Semisweet couverture chocolate
3 Tbsp Sugar
3 Tbsp Butter





Preparation

Preparation time 15 Minutes
Cooking Time 10 Minutes


To begin, add the chocolate and butter to a saucepan and place in a double boiler to melt, avoiding overheating.



On the other hand, add the whipping cream to a bowl and add the sugar, starting to beat at maximum speed for approximately 5 minutes, until it is whipped and firm, we must be careful not to overbeat the cream because we would damage it. Continue adding the chocolate that we have melted with the butter in another bowl and cool a little, to continue adding the cream that we have whipped in small portions.



Incorporate the whipped cream with wrapping movements until it is completely incorporated, and once it is completely integrated, serve it in individual containers and decorate to taste, I used drops of white and dark chocolate that also give an extra crunch to this mousse.



My Mathias loved this dessert as well as my parents who spent a nice time enjoying this rich mousse and talking in the garden, I am one of those who think that desserts are to be enjoyed this way, in good company and with a good conversation. You can add nuts or almonds instead of chocolate drops for decoration, I even think that a layer of melted chocolate that hardens with the cold would be great, of course, it is an idea for chocolate lovers like me. Hoy fue viernes de postrecito a media tarde, esta semana he evitado darle dulces industrializados a Mathias pues luego de la fiebre tuvo una fuerte erupción en la piel y decidimos quitarle todo tipo de dulces comerciales, y el pobre llevaba días pidiéndome helado, y para no continuar negándome decidí prepararle una rica mousse de chocolate, que tiene una textura similar pero sin el frio característico del helado, así que digamos decidí engañarlo un poco, y de igual manera compartir con mis padres un rato dulce y agradable en la merienda.



Las mousses son un postre riquísimo, su textura y sabor son realmente una locura, y aunque no son lo más healthy que podamos tener como postre, creo que es bueno de vez en cuando darnos este delicioso gusto, después de la mousse de parchita o maracuyá, es la de chocolate mi segundo favorito, y es que, a quien no le gusta el chocolate, y si lo mezclamos con la crema batida es realmente una bomba esponjosa de sabor que gusta tanto a grandes como a chiquitos. Es además un postre que podemos elaborar con pocos ingredientes y en muy poco tiempo, por lo que nos puede sacar siempre de un apuro, además este tipo de preparaciones puede servirnos además para rellenar tortas y pasteles, dándole así un uso extra que seguramente nos anotara muchos puntos con nuestros invitados.



Una preparación rápida, fácil y económica aunque no lo creas, así es esta mousse de chocolate, si quieres saber cómo la prepare, acompáñame y te muestro.

Ingredientes

400 ml Crema de leche
200 gr Chocolate cobertura semiamargo
3 Cdas Azúcar
3 Cdas Mantequilla





Preparación

Tiempo de preparación 15 Minutos
Tiempo de Cocción 10 Minutos






Para comenzar en una cazuela agregamos el chocolate con la mantequilla y llevamos a baño de maría para derretir, evitando calentar de más.











Por otro lado, agregamos la crema para batir en un tazón y adicionamos el azúcar, comenzando a batir a velocidad máxima por aproximadamente 5 minutos, hasta montarla y que este firme, hay que estar pendientes de no sobre batir la crema pues la dañaríamos. Continuamos agregando el chocolate que hemos fundido con la mantequilla en otro tazón y enfriamos un poco, para continuar adicionando la crema que hemos montado en pequeñas porciones.











Vamos incorporando la crema batida con movimientos envolventes hasta incorporarla por completo, y una vez integrada por completo la servimos en recipientes individuales y decoramos a gusto, yo utilice gotas de chocolate blanco y negro que además le dan un Crunch extra a esta mousse.











Refrigeramos un par de horas y listo para disfrutar, Mi Mathias amo este postre al igual que mis padres que pasaron un rato agradable degustando esta rica mousse y conversando en el jardín, soy de las que piensa que los postres son para disfrutarse así, en buena compañía y con una buena conversación. Pueden adicionar nueces o almendras en lugar de gotas de chocolate para la decoración, incluso se me ocurre que una capa de chocolate derretido que se endurezca con el frio le vendría genial, claro está, es una idea para los golosos amantes del chocolate como yo.
