2 zanahorias
5 cucharadas de mayonesa
Pimienta
Sal
6 dientes de ajo
Ingredients:
2 carrots
5 tablespoons of mayonnaise
Pepper
Salt
6 cloves of garlic
Preparation:
Lavar muy bien las zanahorias, luego picar en rebanadas finas, salpimentar y colocar en el gril. Cocinar hasta que estén suaves.

Luego llevar a la licuadora y agregar sal, la mayonesa y ajo. Licuar muy bien hasta que lo ingredientes se integren y quede con una consistencia cremosa.
