Saludos mis queridos amigos de Foodies Bee Hive, es para mi un placer estar de nuevo con todos ustedes. El día de hoy les traigo una deliciosa pasta con salsa bechamel, jamón y queso. Desde hace varios días quería degustar así, por esta razón la hice para mi almuerzo del día de hoy. Es muy fácil de hacer, a continuación te muestro el paso a paso para su preparación.
Greetings my dear friends from Foodies Bee Hive, it is a pleasure for me to be with all of you again. Today I bring you a delicious pasta with bechamel sauce, ham and cheese. For several days I wanted to taste it like this, for this reason I made it for my lunch today. It is very easy to do, below I show you the step by step for its preparation.
200 gramos de pasta integral
1 y 1/2 taza de leche
3 cucharadas de harina de trigo
2 cucharadas de mantequilla
1/4 de cebolla
3 cucharadas de Queso
2 rebanadas de Jamón
Sal al gusto
Pimienta al gusto
Ingredients:
200 grams of wholemeal pasta
1 and 1/2 cups of milk
3 tablespoons of wheat flour
2 butter spoons
1/4 onion
3 tablespoons of cheese
2 slices of ham
salt to taste
pepper to taste
Preparation:
Primero cortamos la cebolla en cuadros pequeños.
First we cut the onion into small squares.
Seguidamente colocamos una olla al fuego, añadimos la mantequilla, la cebolla, sal y pimienta. Sofreimos por unos minutos.
Then we place a pot on the fire, add the butter, onion, salt and pepper. We fry for a few minutes.
Después incorporamos la leche, reservando un poco.
Then add the milk, reserving a little.
Mientras que la preparación esta en el fuego mezclamos la harina de trigo con la leche que habíamos reservado. Luego añadimos a la preparación que esta en el fuego. Dejamos cocinar por unos minutos y veras como empieza a espesar.
While the preparation is on the fire, mix the wheat flour with the milk that we had reserved. Then we add to the preparation that is on the fire. Let cook for a few minutes and see how it begins to thicken.
Cuando la mezcla este espesa ya esta lista. Retiramos del fuego.
When the mixture is thick it is ready. We remove from the fire.
Después colocamos una olla con agua al fuego, una vez que empieza a hervir añadimos la sal y la pasta. Cuando este blanda colamos y reservamos.
Then we place a pot with water on the fire, once it starts to boil we add the salt and the pasta. When it is soft, strain and reserve.
Luego cortamos el jamón y rallamos el queso.
Then we cut the ham and grate the cheese.
Seguidamente añadimos la pasta lista en una olla, agregamos un poco de nuestra salsa bechamel, removemos. Luego incorporamos el jamón; seguimos mezclando. Una vez integrados todos los ingredientes podemos servir.
Then we add the list of pasta in a pot, add a little of our bechamel sauce, stir. Then we incorporate the ham; We keep mixing. Once all the ingredients are integrated we can serve.
Servimos aun caliente, le añadimos queso por encima y le colocamos unas hojas de albahaca fresca en el centro. Ya podemos disfrutar de esta deliciosa pasta con salsa bechamel, jamón y queso.
Serve while still hot, add cheese on top and place some fresh basil leaves in the center. Now we can enjoy this delicious pasta with bechamel sauce, ham and cheese.
