Les comparto unas minis tortas fría muy fáciles y prácticas de hacer para las celebraciones, además de que requiere pocos ingredientes. Te describiré las que preparé.

I share with you some mini cold cakes that are very easy and practical to make for celebrations, plus it requires few ingredients. I will describe the ones I prepared.
Ingredientes:
Para el bizcocho:
4 huevos
1/2 taza de azúcar
1 taza de harina
Vainilla
Para el relleno:
Pudin de fresa
Pudin de chocolate
Leche condensada
Para la cubierta:
2 claras de huevo
1/2 taza de azúcar
Ingredients:
For the cake:
4 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup flour
Vanilla
For the filling:
Strawberry pudding
Chocolate pudding
Condensed milk
For the topping:
2 egg whites
1/2 cup sugar
Procedimiento:
Preparé en primer lugar el bizcocho, batí los huevos con el azúcar y luego coloqué harina, la llevé al horno por unos 20 min en una bandeja engrasada y con harina, la dejé enfriar. Lo hice en una bandeja plana.
Procedure:
I first prepared the sponge cake, I beat the eggs with the sugar and then put flour, I took it to the oven for about 20 min in a greased and floured pan, I let it cool. I did it in a flat pan.
Then I made the strawberry pudding as indicated on the box and the chocolate pudding.
After having all these elements prepared we are almost ready to assemble the whole process in these beautiful little cups.
We order in order to start.
In each cup I put pieces of sponge cake.
I placed the sponge cake base, then a spoonful of strawberry, sponge cake and a spoonful of chocolate.
Then I added condensed milk.
Y me quedaron así, luego los refrigeré y serví. Además de verse hermosos, son muy ricos.
To finish them with a nice presentation, I beat the egg whites in a water bath with sugar, and put them on top with a piping bag.
They looked like this, then I refrigerated them and served them. Besides looking beautiful, they are very tasty.
