Roll up your sleeves and prepare to get messy!
Don't worry, I'm just joking :D

The first question that pops into your mind is -What ingredients will we need to make this delicious cupcake?
)

....................................................................................................

Part 1 - Products

....................................................................................................

They are so few in number that they even fit in a picture. Let's start listing them from left to right.

If you would like to make a collage like this

Personally, I bought everything I needed from Lidl. So here they are - Sugar, Cocoa, Baking soda, 2 eggs, cranberry, yogurt, flour and butter.

I buy the cocoa and bicarbonate of soda from Dr Oetker and so far I'm extremely satisfied. However, each of you can make up your own mind and choose another brand. It doesn't really matter. In Bulgaria it is Dr Oetker products that are the most used, but there are also much cheaper ones.

This is a flour made in Bulgaria, and it definitely makes every pastry unique. Now that we have determined which products we will need - let's move on to part 2 of the recipe. It is the actual part, namely adding the specified amount of products and obtaining the mixture for the cake, which we will subsequently put to bake in a preheated oven.

....................................................................................................

Part 2 - Preparing the mixture for the cake

....................................................................................................

The second part of the recipe is the most complex part of the cupcake preparation.
Step 1

The first step consists in taking two eggs, separating the crust and placing them in a large bowl. Even the smile obtained from the broken eggs portends success.img_8104.jpg

Once we have placed the eggs we proceed to step 2.

Step 2
img_8106.jpgWe take the mixer and beat the eggs. You should get a homogeneous mixture.

Here you can see how it should look after the mixing process.

Step 3

Here we come to the addition of the sugar. You take a teacup and fill it to the top with sugar. This is the point where I mention that everyone can choose what sugar to use. Personally, I like it sweeter so I used white sugar. You need to beat the sugar well so that you don't hear any crunch.img_8110.jpg
I definitely got hand ache holding the mixer and whisking so I switched to sprinkling flour on the pan.

Step 4
img_8122.jpgTo cover the surface of the baking tray with flour, you must first grease it with oil. A very small amount of oil is enough for the flour to stick. This is an important step because it prevents the cake from sticking.

Now set the baking tray aside and continue adding ingredients to the large bowl.

Next, give the ingredients you have just added a big stir.img_8151.jpg

Step 6
Step 7
img_8155.jpgimg_8159.jpg
Add 2 tea cup oilAdd around 300 gr of cranberry

That's it for the last part of our recipe.

....................................................................................................

Part 3 - It's the final countdown

....................................................................................................

img_8179.jpg

We take the mixture from the large bowl and pour it into the baking tray that we previously greased with oil and flour. Spread the mixture so that it fills the entire pan.

img_8187.jpg
Absolutely perfect!

Place the mixture in the preheated oven and after about 30 minutes our cake will be ready.

....................................................................................................

30 minutes is all we need

....................................................................................................

....................................................................................................

Extra for those who love Chocolate

....................................................................................................

I always spread half of the cake with chocolate and leave the other half without. This way we also pay attention to those who dress it.
