Hoy les traigo una receta muy especial, ya que me recuerda a mi tía María, no las hacia siempre, tortilla española.

Today I bring you a very special recipe, as it reminds me of my aunt Maria, she didn't always make them, Spanish omelet.
INGREDIENTES:
2 papas.
Una cebolla pequeña.
3 huevos.
Un chorrito de aceite.
INGREDIENTS:
2 potatoes.
One small onion.
3 eggs.
A dash of oil.
PREPARACIÓN:
Lavar la papa, pelarla y picarlas en rodajas, luego en un sarten con aceite caliente, agragarla, esperar a que se sofrían.
PREPARATION:
Wash the potato, peel it and chop it into slices, then in a pan with hot oil, add it, wait for it to fry.
Picar la cebolla en rodajas también , se agrega a las papas ya sofritas.
Chop the onion into slices and add to the fried potatoes.
En una ollita se baten los huevos con un tenedor, se le va agregando al sarten.
In a small pot, beat the eggs with a fork and add them to the pan.
Cuando observes que está cocido de un lado, debe voltearse para que se cocine por el otro lado.
When you see that it is cooked on one side, it should be flipped over to cook on the other side.
