Feliz inicio de semana tengan todos, quiero compartirles que, hoy quise hacer algo rico y rápido para comer, soy fanática de la carne de res, especialmente del corte solomo de cuerito, es una delicia su sabor podría comerlo a diario asi que, preparé un solomo de cuerito salteado con cebolla y papas, un plato muy rápido y delicioso seas amante de la carne o no, es un plato que gusta muchísimo y que se debe comer caliente para poder disfrutar aun más, así que les mostraré como prepararlo.

Happy start of the week everyone, I want to share with you that, today I wanted to make something delicious and quick to eat, I am a fan of beef, especially the beef tenderloin cut, it is a delight its flavor I could eat it every day so, I prepared a beef tenderloin sauteed with onions and potatoes, a very quick and delicious dish whether you are a meat lover or not, it is a dish that you like very much and you should eat it hot to enjoy it even more, so I will show you how to prepare it.
Ingredientes:
• ½kg de solomo de cuerito
• 1 papá grande
• 1 cebolla grande
• 2 cucharadas de aceite
• Sal
• Pimienta
• Orégano
• Salsa de soya
Ingredients:
- ½kg of tenderloin
- 1 big daddy
- 1 large onion
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Oregano
- Soy sauce
Lo primero que haremos será picar y condimentar nuestra carne, la picanos en tiras gruesas o en cuadritos, puede hacerlo de la forma que más le guste. Una vez picada vamos a condimentar agregamos sal y pimienta al gusto, una pizca de orégano y por último una cucharada de salsa de soya, reservamos.
The first thing we will do is to chop and season our meat, we chop it in thick strips or in squares, you can do it the way you like. Once chopped we will season add salt and pepper to taste, a pinch of oregano and finally a spoonful of soy sauce, set aside.
Ahora procederemos a picar la papá en bastones grandes y la cebolla en aros grandes preferiblemente y reservamos.
Now proceed to chop the potatoes into large sticks and the onion into large rings preferably and set aside.
Llevamos una sartén a temperatura alta, agregamos el aceite, esperamos a que caliente muy bien y colocamos las papas, añadimos un poco de sal y dejamos dorar.
Heat a frying pan over high heat, add the oil, wait until it is very hot and place the potatoes in it, add a little salt and let them brown.
Cuando las papas estén un poco doradas agregamos la carne y empezamos a remover constantemente.
When the potatoes are a little browned add the meat and start stirring constantly.
Cuando la carne ya esté a término medio, añadimos la cebolla en aros e integramos, seguimos removiendo muy bien hasta que la carne esté dorada y la cebolla cocida pero no deshecha y ya está listo este delicioso plato, un suculento solomo de cuerito salteado con papas y cebolla. Espero les haya gustado.
When the meat is medium rare, add the onion rings and stir well until the meat is browned and the onion is cooked but not broken and this delicious dish is ready, a succulent tenderloin steak sautéed with potatoes and onion. I hope you liked it.
