Greetings friends of hive, again I want to show you a recipe that I prepared, it was my dinner, it was very tasty and I made it with my favorite vegetable which is eggplant, I prepared an eggplant omelet with ground beef that I had reserved from my lunch, it was quick and easy to prepare, I hope you like it a lot and put it into practice at home, let's start.

- perejil.

- carne molida.(guisada)

PreparaciĆ³n:
Preparation:
1- Tome 2 berenjenas las lave muy bien y comencƩ a recortar rodajas y reserve en un plato,luego en un plato aparte coloque perejil ya finamente cortados y le agregue un huevo y comencƩ a batir con batidor de mano y reserve junto a la berenjena en rodajas y la carne molida guisada.

2- luego las rodajas de berenjenas la puse a cocinar con un poquito de aceite y tape la sarten para que se vaporizaran mis berenjenas.

3- Al estar cocidas las berenjenas paso agregarle el perejil con huevo,la carne molida y paso a tapar un momento la tortilla para poder voltear y retirarla del fuego.

Especialmente en Chile... š³ nada del espanol que aprendo en otros lugares me ayuda.. tengo muchas amigas mexicanas y cuando intento hablar en chile con la lengua que aprende de ellos; se rein de mi en chile hahahhahaha. pero estoy aprendiendo!!
