Feliz noche querida comunidad, queridos amigos vengo a presentar otra rica receta, fácil de preparar y es muy saludable perfecta para un desayuno, este omellet es muy saludable ya que utilice ingredientes como avena huevos, una manera diferente de preparar huevos espero que les guste y se animen a practicarla.

Ingredientes/Ingredients
.avena en hojuelas.
.2 huevos.
.1 zanahoria.
.1/2 vaso de leche.
.orégano y sal.
.aceite.
.queso.
.oatmeal flakes.
.2 eggs.
.1 carrot.
.1/2 glass of milk.
.oregano and salt.
.oil.
.cheese.
Preparación/Preparation
Paso1/step1
.Primero tome 200gr de avena en hojuela y las agregue en un bol y le añadí el 1/2 vaso de leche liquida para que se hidratara las hojuelas.
.first take 200gr of oat flakes and add them in a bowl and add 1/2 glass of liquid milk to hydrate the flakes.
Paso2/step2
.luego de hidratarse la avena le agregue los 2 huevos.
.after hydrating the oatmeal, add the 2 eggs.
Paso3/step3
.Después le añadí la zanahoria previamente lavada y rallada junto con un poquito de orégano en polvo y un toque de sal, luego comencé a remover para incorporar los ingredientes.
Then I added the previously washed and grated carrot along with a little bit of oregano powder and a touch of salt, then I started stirring to incorporate the ingredients.

.Para finalizar agregue como 100gr de queso rallado después en un sartén agregue un poquito de aceite y puse a calentar.

.luego con un cucharon agregue porciones en el aceite a fuego muy bajito, sucesivamente las volteabas hasta que estuviera doradas.
