Feliz viernes querida comunidad vengo muy contenta a presentar una ricas galletas tipo polvorosas cubiertas de chocolate blanco y con pequeños diseño hechos con chocolate negro, dando la imagen de unas galletas terroríficas ya que estamos en el mes terror o Halloween quise preparar algo inspirado al tema, estas polvorosas son muy fácil de preparar y son muy sabrosas; el chocolate blanco le añade un sabor extraordinario bueno amigos sin decir mas comencemos a cocinar.
Happy Friday dear community I come very happy to present a rich type cookies covered with white chocolate and with small design made with dark chocolate, giving the image of a terrifying cookies since we are in the month of terror or Halloween I wanted to prepare something inspired to the theme, these cookies are very easy to prepare and are very tasty; the white chocolate adds an extraordinary flavor well friends without saying more let's start cooking.
Ingredientes/Ingredients
.2 tazas de harina de trigo.
.1/2 taza de azúcar.
.chocolate blanco, negro.
.vainilla.
.2 yemas de huevos.
.5 cucharas de mantequilla.
.2 cups of wheat flour.
.1/2 cup of sugar.
.white, dark chocolate.
.vanilla.
.2 egg yolks.
.5 tablespoons of butter.
Preparación/Preparation
Paso1-step1
.Primero tome los ingredientes seco y los agregue en un bol, agregue 2 tazas de harina de trigo y la 1/2 taza de azúcar.
First take the dry ingredients and add them in a bowl, add 2 cups of wheat flour and 1/2 cup of sugar.
Paso2-step2
.luego removí los ingredientes secos para que se incorporaran, después añadí las 5 cucharas de mantequilla.
.then I stirred the dry ingredients to incorporate, then added the 5 tablespoons of butter.

.luego con mis manos suavicé la mezcla de la harina y la mantequilla seguido le añadí las 2 yemas de huevos.

Paso4-step4
.luego le agregue un vainilla al gusto, después me puse amasar muy bien todo hasta dejar una masa suave y moldeable.
.then I added a vanilla to taste, then I started to knead everything very well until I left a soft and moldable dough.
Paso5-step5
.luego la masa la estire en un mesón y le puse una bolsa y enrolle dejando un cilindro, luego metí en la nevera por 30min para que se pusiera firme.
.then I stretched the dough on a counter and put a bag over it and rolled it into a cylinder, then I put it in the fridge for 30 minutes to firm it up.
Paso6-step6
.luego de pasar los 30 min tome la masa y la estire en el mesón con un poquito de harina de trigo, luego con una tapa de mayonesa marque pequeños círculos que coloque en una bandeja con harina y mantequilla y metí en el horno por 15 min.
.after 30 minutes, take the dough and stretch it on the counter with a little wheat flour, then with a mayonnaise lid mark small circles that I placed on a tray with flour and butter and put in the oven for 15 minutes.

.luego tome los chocolates el blanco y el negro y los puse a derretir por 20 seg, después reserve.

.luego tome las polvorosas las cubrí con chocolate blanco, y con una manga pastelera agregue chocolate negro y le enmarque los diseños de terror.
