Hello my dear lovers of Food and good taste🤤, how are you tonight? I want to share with you this way of preparing these delicious tomatoes, you will not want to prepare it any other way🍅.
Tomates.
Cebolla.
Ají.
Huevo.
Sal.
Harina de trigo.
Queso(opcional).
Aceite.
Tomato.
Onion.
Chili pepper.
Egg.
Salt.
wheat flour.
Cheese (optional).
Oíl.
Primero Cortamos el tomate en rodajas no muy delgadas y sacamos el centro.
First we cut the tomato into not very thin slices and remove the center.
Cortamos el centro en pequeños cuadrotos al igual que la cebolla y el ají.
Cut the center into small squares like the onion and the chili pepper.
Agregamos todo a un bol, colócalos el huevo, la sal y el poquito de harina de trigo.
Agregamos el aceite a la sarten y colocamos las rodajas de tomate.
We add everything to a bowl, place the egg, the salt and the little bit of wheat flour.
We add the oil to the pan and place the tomato slices.
Agregamos la preparación con huevo en lada uno, voltemos y opcionalmente colocamos queso arriba.
Add the egg preparation on side one, turn and optionally place cheese on top.
Esperamos unos segundos y listo, una vez que lo pruebes no querrás prepararlo diferente
