Hello friends, a couple of days ago my friend @MicolTatiana made me an order for Avengers cookies, and today I am going to share with you one of the simplest, the cookie of a very angry Hulk (as always) haha.

We will start by cutting the cookie dough, I will use a circular mold, but in the rectangular mold you can also replicate the design
Comenzaremos cortando la masa de galletas, yo utilizaré un molde circular, pero en el molde rectangular tambien pueden replicar el diseño
The first thing we will do is mark where the mouth will go, I use an edible marker. Then with black icing we will mark the edge of what will be the hair
Lo primero que haremos es marcar donde irá la boca, yo utilizo un marcador comestible. Luego con glasé color negro marcaremos el borde de lo que será el pelo
Then with green icing we will mark the entire edge of the cookie. And we will fill in both colors. It is important that the icing they use for the edges has a harder consistency, since it is the one that will prevent the liquid icing that we will use to fill the sections from escaping and dirtying the cookie. We will let it dry well, I leave it under the fan for about an hour.
Luego con glasé color verde marcaremos todo el borde la galletita. Y rellenaremos ambos colores. Es importante que el glasé que utilicen para los bordes tenga una consistencia mas dura, ya que es el que evitará que el glasé liquido que utilizaremos para rellenar las secciones no se escape y ensucie la galletita. Dejaremos secar bien, yo lo dejo bajo el ventilador por aproximadamente una hora.
After the drying time we must mark the Hulk's face, I wanted to make a simple design so his face is more similar to his Lego version. So with white icing we will mark his mouth, and with black icing we will mark his eyebrows and eyes. Again we let it dry, for about half an hour. And we will finish by placing the details of the teeth and eyes. It is really a simple design. Making cookies takes a long time to dry, if the icing is not dry I can assure you that its design will be ruined, you have to be very patient.
Transcurrido el tiempo de secado debemos marcar la cara de Hulk, yo quise hacer un diseño simple por lo cual su cara es mas parecida a su version en Lego. Asi que con glasé blanco marcaremos su boca, y con glasé negro marcaremos sus cejas y ojos. Nuevamente dejamos secar, por aproximadamente media hora. Y terminaremos colocando los detalles de los dientes y los ojos. Es realmente un diseño sencillo. Hacer galletitas lleva muchisimo tiempo por su secado, si no está bien seco el glasé puedo asegurarles que su diseño se arruinará, hay que tener muchisima paciencia.
