Coffee with whole wheat toast with scrambled egg and tomato.
Café con tostadas de pan integral con huevo revuelto y tomate.
Usually this is my breakfast, but I like it so much that I usually repeat it at snack time.
In the morning it gives me enough energy to start the day, and in the snack it gives me enough satiety to get to dinner without hunger! I never liked raw tomato but together with eggs it makes a great combination, great find :)
usualmente éste es mi desayuno, pero me gusta tanto que suelo repetirlo en la merienda. A la mañana me da la energia suficiente para comenzar el dia, y en la merienda me da la saciedad suficiente para llegar a la cena sin hambre! nunca me gustó el tomate crudo, pero junto con los huevos hace una gran combinación, gran descubrimiento :)

Tostado de jamon y queso con mate o tereré.
On hot days it is my favorite snack.
Tereré is an infusion of yerba mate with cold liquid that we adopt from our Paraguayan brothers, in some areas of Argentina it is drunk with juice ... I prefer it original, with ice water. I like to accompany it with toasts because despite being hot it combines very well with cold and the flavor of tereré.
En los dias de calor es mi merienda favorita. El tereré es una infusion de yerba mate con liquido fria que adoptamos de nuestros hermanos paraguayos, en algunas zonas de argentina se toma con jugo... yo lo prefiero original, con agua helada. Me gusta acompañarlo con tostados porque a pesar de ser caliente combina muy bien con el frio y el sabor del tereré.

I'm not a fan of sweet at all, I prefer salty a thousand times, but I do like chocolate and of course I love brownie. I am a pastry chef, and I can put my hands on the fire swearing that my brownie is the best (haha just kidding) but I really do the recipe to my liking, with a lot of moisture and a chocolate flavor. When they place an order I make two, one for the client and one for me!
Yo no soy para nada fan del dulce, prefiero mil veces lo salado, pero si me gusta el chocolate y por supuesto que amo el brownie. Yo soy pastelera, y puedo poner las manos en el fuego jurando que mi brownie es el mejor (jaja es broma) pero realmente hago la receta a mi gusto, con mucha humedad y sabor a chocolate. Cuando me hacen un pedido hago dos, uno para el cliente y otro para mi!
