Torta negra muy especial, para festejar el cumpleaños número 71 de mi papá!! (ESP/ENG)

La torta favorita de mi papá por mucho, es la torta negra navideña, así que cada año en su cumpleaños yo le hago su torta negra, este tipo de pastel la verdad lleva varios ingredientes que no son tan común para tenerlos en casa como la malta y la miel de caña, así que siempre con anterioridad trato de ir comparándolos, para mí tranquilidad este año mi hermana encontró fácilmente la miel en un mercado grande de nuestra ciudad lo que me facilito mucho las cosas, este pastel no es complicado de hacer pero al momento del horneado tarda un poco más que otro tipo de torta y si se cocina de más puede quedar un poco seca, ella se caracteriza por tener un color bastante oscuro, es dulce, suave y muy pero muy deliciosa, además de que le agregué almendras, pasas y frutilla que le complementan ese sabor y apariencia que la caracteriza.
