The recipe I bring you today is for "Pizza Napolitana with Mushrooms", a very easy recipe to make and ideal to pamper the family, whose cost never resembles that of buying it outside.
Ingredientes / Ingredients
Dough
500 grs wheat flour with yeast
1/2 cup of edible oil
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon of edible salt.
1/2 cup warm water.
Sauce
500 grams of Mozarella cheese
250 grams of Salami
250 grams of Ham
300 grams of mushrooms
300 ml tomato paste
1 onion
Oregano, black pepper, garlic, and parsley.
Masa
500 grs de Harina de trigo c/Levadura
1/2 Taza de Aceite comestible.
1 cucharadita de Azucar
1/2 cucharadita de sal comestible.
1/2 Taza de agua tibia.
Salsa
500 gramos de Queso Mozarella
250 Gramos de Salchichón
250 Gramos de Jamón
300 Gramos de Champiñones
300 ml de Pasta de tomate
1 cebolla
Oregano, pimienta negra, ajo y perejil.
Procedemiento / Process
Masa // Dough
Se inicia mezclando todos los ingredientes sólidos en un bol, luego se añade el aceite y el agua tibia lentamente, mezclando constantemente con una paleta hasta que llegue el momento de mezclarlo con las manos.
Luego se amasa en un mesón previamente harinado, hasta lograr una mezcla suave y homogenea, muy fácil de manipular.
Luego se tapa con papel adherente y se deja reposar por 15-20 minutos en un lugar cálido.
Start by mixing all the solid ingredients in a bowl, then add the oil and warm water slowly, mixing constantly with a paddle until it is time to mix it with your hands.Then it is kneaded on a previously floured work surface until a smooth and homogeneous mixture is obtained, which is very easy to handle.
Then cover with cling film and leave to stand for 15-20 minutes in a warm place.
Salsa // Sauce
Seguidamente se procede a colocar en una olla a fuego lento la pasta de tomate, se le agrega una cebolla licuada y se remueve constantemente hasta que empiece a hervir.
Se agrega el resto de los ingredientes de la salsa y se mantiene en cocción por unos 10 minutos.
Luego se retira y se deja enfriar.
Next, place the tomato paste in a saucepan over low heat, add a blended onion and stir constantly until it starts to boil.Add the rest of the sauce ingredients and cook for about 10 minutes.
Then remove and leave to cool.
Once the dough has rested, roll it out with a rolling pin and place it on the previously floured tray.
Then add the Neapolitan sauce, which should be cold, trying to spread it all over the dough, leaving a space at the edges.
Dejando siempre de último el queso mozarrela y un toque de oregano.
Once the sauce is spread, add the rest of the pizza toppings proportionally.Always leaving the mozzarella cheese and a touch of oregano at the end.
Preheat the oven to 180°C and preheat for 10 minutes, then place the pizza in the oven to bake for about 20-25 minutes.
Then remove from the oven and serve piping hot.
