Hello food lovers. Happy to be here with you again to share a quick and amazing recipe! The cake I made for my kids today definitely doesn't have to be just for kids and you definitely have to try it. 😊 And once you try it, you will make it all the time. It is a cake called a marble cake.
Let's make it! You need 4 eggs.
Beat them with a mixer.
Add a bag of vanilla sugar.
And one cup of sugar gradually while whisking.
Add 3 cups of flour, then beat again.
A cup of oil.
A cup of yogurt.
And beat until you get a compact mixture.
Then put 10g of baking powder.
And mix with a spoon, not a mixer.
Then pour half of the mixture into another bowl.
And add two tablespoons of cocoa.
Mix well with a spoon.
Now you have two mixtures.
Alternately spoon them into a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Bake at 200 degrees for about half an hour. And then let it cool down a bit.
And cut it.
If you like, put powdered sugar on top.
And enjoy their airy texture and wonderful taste!
I made it a few hours ago and it's almost gone. My family and neighbors like it very much. 😊
