RECETA DE MAYONESA CASERA

Una receta tan solo con 4 ingredientes y con 5 pasos súper sencillos.

¡Hola, mis amigos hivers! Hoy quiero compartí con todos ustedes una receta súper sencilla y muy fácil de hacer; tan solo 4 ingredientes vamos a utilizar para esta mayonesa casera.

INGREDIENTES:

1.- 1 Huevo
2.- Aceite vegetal
3.- 1 Cucharadita de Vinagre
4.- Sal al gusto

PREPARACIÓN:

1.- En una licuadora se incorporará el huevo y se dejará licuando por aproximadamente 40 segundos.
2.- Transcurrido los 40 segundos se comienza añadirse el aceite en hilo hasta que la mezcla agarre una textura medianamente espesa.

3.- Añadimos una cucharadita de vinagre.
4.- Incorporamos la sal al gusto.
5.- Seguimos licuando e incorporando el aceite hasta obtener una mezcla completamente espesa.
