Hola, amigos. Hoy les traigo una receta ideal para los niños a partir de los 9 meses. Es super fácil de hacer. Se necesitan pequeñas cantidades de los ingredientes

Hi friends. Today I bring you an ideal recipe for children from 9 months. It is super easy to do. Small amounts of ingredients are needed

Necesitaremos:
We will need:

• 1 huevo / 1 egg
• 6 cucharadas de harina de trigo / 6 tablespoons of wheat flour
• 6 cucharadas de azúcar / 6 tablespoons of sugar
• 6 cucharadas de leche / 6 tablespoons of milk
• 6 cucharadas de aceite / 6 tablespoons of oil
• 1 cucharada de vainilla / 1 spoon of vanilla

Metodo: comenzamos mezclando los ingredientes líquidos como lo son: el aceite, la vainilla, el huevo y la azúcar hasta lograr una consistencia homogénea. Luego procedemos a agregar la harina y la leche previamente tamizados. Se formará una masa.

Method: we start by mixing the liquid ingredients such as: oil, vanilla, egg and sugar until we achieve a homogeneous consistency. Then we proceed to add the previously sifted flour and milk. A mass will form.

Luego con una cuchara pequeña se agarran porciones pequeñas de la masa, se hacen bolas y se aplastan. Se llevan al horno previamente calentado a 160° por 10 o algo 15 minutos y listo.

Then with a small spoon you take small portions of the dough, roll them into balls and squash them. They are taken to the oven previously heated to 160° for 10 or something 15 minutes and that's it.

También pueden complementarlas con chocolate para un mejor disfrute. / They can also complement them with chocolate for better enjoyment.

Nota: Está receta es para un aprox. de 25 galletas. Pero, pueden hacer igual que yo, que dependiendo de la cantidad de galletas que quiero, duplicó/triplicó los ingredientes.

Note: This recipe is for approx. of 25 cookies. But, they can do the same as me, which depending on how many cookies I want, doubled / tripled the ingredients.
