Lunch time
For me, this meal is like a classic, something I always come back to the tuna salad is very delicious, I really love eating fish in almost all its presentations and since I already missed that flavor, I decided to do something about it.
Esta comida para mi es como un clásico, algo a lo que siempre vuelvo hacer, la ensalada de atún es muy deliciosa, a mí me encanta mucho comer pescado casi en todas sus presentaciones y como ya extrañaba ese sabor decidí hacer algo al respecto.
Well, this tuna salad is a little different than the one I've made before because I changed some ingredients, anyway salads can always go with the veggies that we want or have available, the important thing is to be able to balance.
For this recipe I used a tomato and cut it into cubes, I used half a cucumber because it was very big, and I also put two boiled eggs, and cut them into cubes as well.
Bien, esta ensalada de atún es un poco diferente a la que he hecho antes porque cambié algunos ingredientes, de cualquier forma las ensaladas siempre pueden ir con los veggies que nosotros queramos o tengamos disponibles, lo importante es poder balancear.
Para esta receta yo usé un tomate y lo corté en cubitos, utilicé medio pepino porque era muy grande, y también puse dos huevos sancochados, y los corté en cubos también.
I put all this in a bowl and added a can of tuna, I would have liked it to be a fresher option but this is what I had, after this we can integrate the salad well, salt and pepper, and if you want an extra step add some dressing, I did.
Puse todo esto en un bol y añadí un lata de atún, me hubiera gustado que fuera una opción más fresca pero esto es lo que tenía, después de esto podemos integrar bien la ensalada, sal y pimienta, y si desean un paso extra añadir algún aderezo, yo lo hice.
I also wanted to accompany this salad with a rice with carrot, I confess that I do not like white rice, mostly I always have to add something extra.
También quise acompañar esta ensalada con un arroz con zanahoria, confieso que no me gusta el arroz blanco, mayormente siempre tengo que colocarle algo extra.
To the rice at the end of cooking I added a bit of chives and when I served all my food I also used a bit of black beans that I had reserved from the day before. Here it is forbidden to waste food.
A el arroz al final de la cocción le agregué un poco de cebollín y cuando serví toda mi comida también usé un poco de granos negros que tenía reservados del día anterior. Aquí está prohibido desperdiciar comida.
Uff la ensalada de atún siempre le resuelve a alguna comida, y lo mejor de todo es que es super practica de hacer.
